There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas. 🏊 Pool Policy -Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival ❄️ Weather Limitations -Pool heating is unavailable when nighttime temperatures fall below 40°F -The heater cannot operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined 🔥 Firewood Availability Firewood delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival to schedule delivery. 🔌 Whole-Home Standby Generator 🔐 Security Deposit A $500 security deposit is required for this property. The deposit is collected 2 days before check-in It is automatically released 2 days after check-out, provided no damage or policy violations occur.
